Immerse yourself in the natural hot springs, available from 9:00AM - 9:00PM. Engage in rejuvenating yoga sessions and invigorating water fitness classes offered onsite. Rejuvenate your senses in the sauna, embracing the benefits of dry heat therapy. Following your detoxifying sauna session, refresh your body with a dip in our invigorating cold plunge pool, stimulating circulation and aiding in temperature regulation.

To ensure you receive your preferred service and time, it is recommended that all appointments be booked in advance. Appointment cancellations require 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and “no shows” will be charged 75% of the treatment price. Services, availability and prices are subject to change. CBD/Hemp products continue to be researched.
