Restorative yoga is designed as a comprehensive session to support one’s ability to move, live, and breathe more naturally and healthfully. SPIN 101.

   

This traditional indoor cycling classes offer a non-impact, highly effective way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance. Designed for all levels, these classes offer challenging opportunity to get your heart pumping, burn serious calories and leave you with a feeling of accomplishment and perhaps a desire to be out on the road. AND you don’t have to wear a helmet. Grab the water bottle and come to the fitness room for a ride!

Take the asanas and poses of tradition yoga into the water for a soothing and one-of-a-kind water workout. The hot springs water encourages the use of yoga for maximum stretching and breathing with the wonderful mountains as a backdrop. Center, rejuvenate and heal.

YOGA PLAY.

   

Get OFF that mat! This is a fun casual yoga class for all levels. This yoga class combines many yoga styles such as Hatha, Anusaras and Iyenger Yoga and works in conjunction with blocks, blankets, straps. The wall and the floor are utilized for hip openers, shoulder openers and supported backbends. Talking and laughing encouraged.

YOGA CORE FUSION.

   

Reduce inches, tighten, lift, and tone with this unique combination of yoga, cardio, and core conditioning. An energetic, fast-paced practice, Yoga Core Fusion seamlessly blends traditional yoga postures with toning moves for the whole body. Get the calorie-burning benefits of cardio, the sculpting effects of Pilates, and the flexibility and balance of yoga and Chi Gong--all in one workout!

CARDIO PUMP.

   

This class is effective for toning and calorie burning because your heart rate will stay consistently high. It is a combination of resistance training and cardio done in a circuit environment. The class is not only fun but it is very effective. Get ready to pump it and bring your energy!

DEEP WATER CARDIO.

   

Feel the exhilaration and freedom of movement with deep water running! In this class we combine different whole body movements in the deep end (with or without support) to effectively engage in a heart-pounding aqua cardio workout! Bring your noodle and/or aqua-jogger (but not required). BEST for swimmers and individuals comfortable in deeper water.

SHALLOW WATER CARDIO.

   

This is a high energy FUN aqua class starting out with a 10min warm up then moving into fast paced running and interval training for 15-20 min. in 3-4 feet of water-rounding the class off with stretching and toning and deep relaxation. Perfect for the cross-trainer or anyone wanting to utilize the water’s resistance for a great weight bearing full-body workout. This workout is perfect for the non-swimmer.

KIDS POOL SIDe YOGA.

   

Every Saturday morning by the upper pool on the grass. Grab a beach towel instead of a yoga mat and join us for the pigeon pose, downward dog, angry cat, the lion and eagle to name of few of the “yoga animals” we pretend to be! Ages 5-12yrs old/all levels welcome. (Summer Only)
