This yoga class combines many yoga styles such as Hatha, Anusaras and Iyenger Yoga and works in conjunction with blocks, blankets, straps. The wall and the floor are utilized for hip openers, shoulder openers and supported backbends. Talking and laughing encouraged.

In this class we combine different whole body movements in the deep end (with or without support) to effectively engage in a heart-pounding aqua cardio workout! Bring your noodle and/or aqua-jogger (but not required). BEST for swimmers and individuals comfortable in deeper water.
This is a high energy FUN aqua class starting out with a 10min warm up then moving into fast paced running and interval training for 15-20 min. in 3-4 feet of water-rounding the class off with stretching and toning and deep relaxation. Perfect for the cross-trainer or anyone wanting to utilize the water’s resistance for a great weight bearing full-body workout. This workout is perfect for the non-swimmer.
Every Saturday morning by the upper pool on the grass. Grab a beach towel instead of a yoga mat and join us for the pigeon pose, downward dog, angry cat, the lion and eagle to name of few of the “yoga animals” we pretend to be! Ages 5-12yrs old/all levels welcome.
